Tabeo is on a mission to transform financial operations for primary care practices, particularly in the dental and veterinary sectors. We streamline the flow of funds into practices—from patient onboarding to payments, memberships, financing, insurance, and reporting—all within a single, cohesive system.
Our approach integrates payments, plans, and finance into a unified operating layer that mirrors the actual operational dynamics of practices.
Currently, the primary care landscape is experiencing three pivotal shifts:
- Patient access is evolving beyond traditional hours, necessitating clinics to be accessible when patients wish to engage, not just when staff is available. Voice and chat interfaces are becoming the new gateways to care.
- Revenue structures are shifting from ad-hoc to organized methods. Memberships, financing options, and insurance are utilized to stabilize cash flow, enhance access, and boost predictability amidst declining NHS capacity and expanding private care.
- Practices are seeking greater financial insight rather than more software. Owners and managers desire clarity on the economic viability of their pricing, plans, and utilization without needing to become analysts or relying on obscure tools.
At present, we proudly support over 6,000 dental practices across the UK, with 100 more joining our platform each month. As the market leader in patient finance, Tabeo aims to also lead in membership plans. We are excited to unveil a voice/chat AI solution to complement our existing offerings.
Tabeo is financially robust and aspires to achieve a 50-60% annual revenue growth, targeting over £25 million ARR by 2028.
We champion a remote-first work culture and provide our teams with the tools and perks they need to flourish. We gather in person twice a year for extraordinary 'Team Weeks'. Our previous meetings have taken place in Dubai, Lisbon, London, and Athens, with our next destination being a surprise!
