Position Summary:
The Field Training Manager will collaborate with the Director of Commercial Learning and Development to implement national and local training programs for our commercial teams, including sales and market access field teams. This role requires exceptional presentation and communication skills to ensure that the teams have a deep understanding of our products, disease states, marketing resources, and the competitive landscape. You will be responsible for delivering training and coaching to commercial field teams through new hire onboarding, continuous training, sales meetings, and field visits. You will also develop a comprehensive understanding of the entire Invivyd sales process to enhance training initiatives that adapt to the evolving marketplace and field dynamics. Contributing innovative training ideas to enhance sales force effectiveness and bolster field team knowledge and selling skills will be a key responsibility.
Responsibilities:
- Implement training curriculum at the local level through field rides and local training meetings as necessary.
- Conduct training needs assessments via field ride observations and reviews of field coaching reports.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are prepared for Day 1 field readiness and offering ongoing support as needed.
