Position Overview
As a Field Technician, you will play a crucial role in our Deployment Operations team, supporting our partner locations by setting up, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware and software issues. You'll manage support tickets that require on-site solutions and provide vital feedback regarding hardware and software conditions in the field. Caper equips you with all the necessary tools and instructions for effective problem-solving. You'll collaborate with your team to share insights and contribute to evolving the grocery industry.
The Deployment Operations Team proudly oversees the hardware lifecycle, from when the carts arrive to their delivery in-store and beyond. We ensure the carts are ready for distribution and maintain them to minimize downtime for our retailers.
