About the Role
The EMEA mobility division is excited to expand its field sales team, targeting growth in approximately ten cities across Greece by 2025 and beyond. As a Field Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our supply aligns with demand, establishing strategic partnerships with fleet operators, and promoting incentives that maximize their earnings potential on our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain partnerships with fleet operators to foster growth with Uber.
- Propose and promote incentives designed to stimulate supply growth.
- Represent the voice of the customer, gathering insights primarily from fleet partners and drivers.
- Conduct informative sessions with existing and potential Uber partners to communicate the value of our services.
- Engage in outbound calling campaigns targeting prospective and newly registered drivers.
- Guide drivers and fleets through the onboarding process, ensuring they are ready to start their first rides promptly.
- Conduct market visits to identify and generate new leads.
- Analyze supply conversion rates and engagement metrics.
- Deliver high-quality customer support across various channels (in-person, video, phone).
- Resolve issues efficiently, escalating when necessary.
- Address technical issues with effective troubleshooting skills.
- Communicate proactively with stakeholders as needed.
- Participate in local events and promotions to advocate for Uber.
