- Utilize a proven sales methodology to convert interest into signed agreements.
- Maintain records of interactions and track performance using a CRM system to ensure accountability and follow-through.
- Cross-sell and upsell effectively to demonstrate how customers can enhance their lawn quality.
Your Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or GED is required; a strong aptitude for people skills is highly valued.
- Prior sales or customer service experience is advantageous, but a passion for selling and determination to succeed are even more important.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication skills are essential for engaging with customers and closing sales.
- Strong time management skills and a proactive, self-motivated approach are necessary.
- Comfort with technology and mobile devices is required for day-to-day operations.
- Ability to walk, stand, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds while working outdoors.
