Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential and existing customers through door-to-door outreach, bringing professionalism and energy.
Tailor sales messages to align with the specific lawn care needs of each household, recognizing that every yard is unique.
Utilize proven sales techniques to convert inquiries into signed contracts.
Track customer interactions and performance metrics using CRM tools to ensure accountability and follow-up.
Cross-sell and upsell services effectively, demonstrating your expertise to enhance customer satisfaction.
What You Bring:
A high school diploma or GED is required; exceptional people skills are a definite plus.
Previous experience in sales or customer service is beneficial, but a strong desire to succeed is key.
A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are essential.
Excellent communication skills to engage customers and close sales effectively.
Strong time management abilities and a self-motivated attitude.
Comfortable with technology and mobile applications.
Physical ability to walk, stand, and lift up to 25 pounds while working outdoors.
