With your enthusiasm, knowledge, and adherence to TruGreen's established Sales Playbook, you will offer personalized services right at their doorstep, transforming casual conversations into enduring customer relationships.
Your Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective and current customers through door-to-door outreach, exuding professionalism and positivity.
- Tailor sales messaging to address the specific lawn care needs of each household, understanding that every yard is unique.
- Utilize proven sales techniques to convert inquiries into signed agreements.
- Document interactions and monitor performance through CRM systems to track your success and ensure follow-through.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell, demonstrating how our services can enhance their lawns.
Your Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED is required; exceptional people skills are a must.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is beneficial, but a strong drive and passion can take precedence.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging in both casual and closing conversations effectively.
- Strong time management abilities and a proactive mindset; you thrive without needing direction.
- Comfortable using technology and mobile devices to assist in your daily tasks.
- Physically capable of walking, standing, and occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds while working outdoors.
