With your passion and our comprehensive Sales Playbook, you will provide tailored services right at their doorsteps, transforming casual conversations into lasting relationships.
Your Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential and existing customers through door-to-door outreach, showcasing professionalism, enthusiasm, and positivity.
- Tailor your sales approach to meet the unique lawn care needs of each homeowner.
- Utilize proven sales techniques to convert inquiries into signed agreements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and performance metrics using our CRM system.
- Leverage your expertise to cross-sell and upsell services, enhancing customer satisfaction and lawn quality.
What You Bring:
- A high school diploma or GED; a knack for people skills is a plus!
- Experience in sales or customer service is beneficial, but a strong work ethic is key.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to connect genuinely with customers.
- Strong time management abilities and a proactive, self-starting attitude.
- Comfortable using technology and mobile devices in the field.
- Physical capability to walk, stand, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds while working outdoors.
