Doctolib is seeking a passionate Field Sales Partner focusing on Enterprise clients to enhance our business operations in Lombardia.
As a Field Sales Partner for Enterprise, you will join a dedicated team of professionals committed to simplifying the lives of healthcare staff through our innovative solutions, ultimately improving access to healthcare for everyone!
In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact between Doctolib and various healthcare facilities (e.g., outpatient clinics, medical centers, health entrepreneurs), managing the entire sales cycle of the services we offer.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Prospecting:
- Identifying new business opportunities by reaching out to outpatient clinics and medical centers via phone, email, and digital channels.
- Qualifying prospects by identifying decision-makers, needs, priorities, and potential, turning contacts into high-quality appointments.
- Planning effective follow-ups to move opportunities through the sales funnel consistently.
- Consultation and Product Demos:
- Leading meetings to understand the structure of the facility and propose the most suitable solution.
- Presenting Doctolib through customized demos, highlighting tangible benefits for patients and staff while addressing questions and objections.
- Negotiation and Closing:
- Creating and presenting tailored commercial proposals, guiding negotiations to successful closure.
- Aligning internal stakeholders of the facility and coordinating a complete handover to the onboarding team for a smooth start.
- Pipeline Management, Metrics, and Performance:
- Managing pipeline and activities in CRM with an emphasis on data quality and next steps.
- Monitoring KPIs and results (activities, conversion rates, win rates, sales cycle duration).
Throughout the sales process, you will gather feedback from both colleagues and clients, which is crucial for sharing best practices and suggestions to enhance the Sales team's efforts and contribute to Doctolib's success in Italy.
