Your Responsibilities
You will acquire new customers through field sales and persuade them of our innovative solutions.
You will collect technical specifications from customers to assess the feasibility of our solutions.
By expanding your network, you will continuously grow your customer base.
Your eagerness to excel in sales conversations will lead you to convert offers into successful contracts.
Through regular feedback sessions with your supervisor, you will continuously improve your performance.
Together with your dedicated sales team, you will help build the largest energy company of the 21st century.
Your Profile
You have several years of experience in the sales of complex solutions, preferably in field sales.
You are characterized by a friendly, open, and communicative personality, as well as your loyalty as a team player.
Success-oriented and solution-focused thinking, along with a positive demeanor, define your presence.
You value personal development and good career prospects.
With strong proactive self-motivation, you are passionate about achieving your goals and closing deals.
A valid Class B driver's license is required.
Your verbal and written German skills are at a negotiation level.
