About the Role:
- This role is pivotal in identifying and securing both long-term and short-term pest control and prevention business opportunities. The selected candidate will focus on New Sales Productivity, Renewal, and Collection, meeting assigned targets.
- Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, the incumbent will collaborate with a multi-functional team, engaging with both internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve success.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development (Sales)
- Drive business in accordance with the branch's approved business plan.
- Lead sales promotion initiatives within the assigned territory.
- Consistently meet all sales KPIs on a monthly basis.
- Proactively identify potential customers and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Maximize conversion of inquiries into confirmed orders.
- Ensure renewals align with company expectations.
- Monitor developments and business opportunities within the designated territory.
- Maintain and regularly update the MPG.
Customer Service
- Guarantee high-quality service delivery.
- Foster strong relationships with customers.
- Timely preparation and submission of reports to customers.
- Address complaints effectively, collaborating with Operations and Back Office as necessary.
- Conduct thorough inspections and SRAs at client locations.
- Generate quotations for customers through the system.
- Provide customer feedback reports to the Branch Manager and collect Appreciation Letters from RBU/CBU customers.
- Set realistic customer expectations regarding pest management.
- Accurately capture essential customer information including email, two contact numbers, and address with landmarks.
- Schedule visits based on iCABS frequencies to facilitate timely service delivery.
- Share and explain cost sheets to operations, detailing material usage.
