Field Sales Consultant – Leased & Tenanted Pubs - Devon, Cornwall and Bristol

Join our dynamic and growing On-Trade Leased & Tenanted Pub Team as a Sales Consultant, where you will play a crucial role in our expansion within the Local Sector.
Your Responsibilities:
You will focus on acquiring new leased and tenanted pubs while nurturing and expanding a select group of key accounts.
- Attracting new leased and tenanted customers for Brakes, ensuring compliance with minimum spend criteria.
- Enhancing and retaining relationships with existing key customers.
- Collaborating closely with our telephone account managers to effectively manage leads.
- Working proactively with external Pub Co area managers to discover new opportunities within their pub estates.
- Identifying innovative strategies and enhancements to the L&T deal to solidify our position as the leading foodservice wholesaler in the UK.
- Executing strategic territory plans as directed by your line manager.
Qualifications:

You will embody an inclusive work culture, acting with integrity and honesty in all dealings.
- Demonstrable experience in customer management, both face-to-face and via telephone.
- Proven track record in account retention and growth.
- Target-driven with a history of meeting and exceeding goals.
- Experience in stakeholder management and engagement.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create organized plans to maximize trade selling time.
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
