In this role, you will establish strong relationships with independent retailers, connecting them with the ideal products while simultaneously expanding your own business portfolio. This position seamlessly integrates outside sales, distribution, and wholesale, providing the opportunity for both in-person store engagements and remote selling.
Your Responsibilities
Act as the representative of RepRally in the field by building and nurturing your business relationships with independent retail stores. You will introduce new accounts to our innovative platform and deepen connections with our existing clients. Offer guidance on our extensive product catalog, which includes emerging brands and exciting store incentives. Utilize the RepRally app to secure sales orders and achieve your weekly goals. Collaborate with your leadership team to strategize account planning and tactics aimed at increasing sales volume. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues to enhance the customer experience.
Your Qualifications
A strong desire to learn and a commitment to hard work are essential — prior sales experience is not a requirement. You should be comfortable conducting store visits and engaging in phone sales. Excellent communication skills are a must, and being multilingual is a definite advantage. A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are necessary. Additionally, a smartphone with a data plan is required for this role.
