Your Role
As a Field Recruiter, you will take ownership of the full-cycle recruiting process for our field operations. Collaborating closely with hiring managers and regional leaders, you will attract and secure top talent that propels our business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire recruitment process for high-volume field positions, from requisition intake to offer acceptance.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and regional teams to define hiring needs and priorities.
- Utilize job boards, social media, and referrals to source, screen, and qualify candidates.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of active candidates to meet ongoing hiring demands.
- Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and assist in hiring decisions.
- Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Document and manage candidate data accurately in the ATS.
- Participate in hiring events, job fairs, and outreach initiatives as necessary.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in a high-volume setting.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and ATS platforms (experience with Ashby is a plus).
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
