The Position
We are on the lookout for a Field Marketing Manager - Japan to play a vital role in the planning, execution, and coordination of an array of marketing events throughout Japan. Reporting directly to the APJ Field Marketing Director, you will collaborate closely with the global marketing team, marketing operations, and brand/creative teams. The ideal candidate possesses a deep passion for marketing and events, coupled with a desire to gain practical experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Event Planning & Coordination: Assist in the meticulous planning and execution of both in-person and virtual events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and product launches.
- Vendor Coordination: Establish strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and venues to guarantee timely delivery of services and materials.
- Marketing Support: Work alongside the marketing team to develop promotional materials, such as event invitations, blog content, social media posts, and email campaigns.
- Logistics Management: Oversee event logistics, including registration processes, attendee tracking, and on-site support.
- Budget Tracking: Aid in monitoring event budgets, processing invoices, and ensuring cost-effective execution.
- Post-Event Analysis: Contribute to gathering feedback and data to assess event success and identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage administrative responsibilities, such as maintaining event calendars, preparing reports, and handling communications with stakeholders.
