We are seeking a dedicated Field Engineer to deliver exceptional remote and on-site professional services to our valued customers. This role involves providing technical support, overseeing system deployment and commissioning, conducting audits, and performing system assessments while serving as the primary liaison between Genetec and its clients.
Your Daily Responsibilities

- Deliver technical support, installation, audits, assessments, and maintenance of Genetec systems both remotely and on-site.
- Act as the main technical contact for key projects with Genetec’s partners.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of Genetec's solutions.
- Document issues in the Genetec trouble ticket system and customer relationship management (CRM) tool.
- Ensure timely escalation of critical customer issues through appropriate channels.
- Facilitate prompt resolution of customer concerns.
- Provide a platform for inquiries regarding strategic plans, best practices, and advice on upgrades, along with consulting on software implementations, integrations, and change requests.
- Generate reports as required by Genetec and clients.
