Role Overview: As an integral member of the Direct Representatives Team, your primary focus will be to promote our services directly to clients, ensuring smooth activation and continuous support for merchants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct client visits to promote the company’s services;
- Assist merchants with verification and activation processes;
- Monitor and analyze portfolio performance metrics;
- Provide in-person support and consultation to existing customers;
- Engage in both scheduled and self-initiated activities;
- Facilitate the registration process for new merchants in the assigned portfolio;
- Support existing merchants to maintain active account usage;
- Resolve issues by escalating cases that fall outside your resolution scope;
- Present product features and benefits to clients persuasively;
- Travel to meet clients and represent the company at industry events.
