As Lightspeed expands its footprint in the South of France, we are on the lookout for enthusiastic Field Account Executives to become part of our dynamic regional team. You will collaborate with our Field Sales Team Lead to drive growth and amplify our market presence. In this role, you will take charge of the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and in-person prospecting to product demonstrations and closing sales.
Our Hospitality division is currently experiencing rapid growth. After refining our process at a smaller scale over recent years, we are now ready to expand our team and enhance our reach.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement a localized field sales strategy across the South of France, concentrating on Nice and surrounding markets.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities through direct visits, cold outreach, and networking.
- Provide engaging in-person demonstrations of Lightspeed’s POS and payment solutions to hospitality and retail proprietors.
- Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing.
- Establish long-term relationships with SMB decision-makers to assist in optimizing their operations.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and local business meetups to enhance Lightspeed’s visibility.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smoother onboarding and customer success.
- Monitor sales performance, keep accurate CRM records, and consistently meet monthly and quarterly targets.
