We are looking for a driven Client Relationship Marketing (CRM) Associate Manager to elevate our federal brand, nurture client relationships, and identify new opportunities with key accounts.
The CRM Associate Manager will leverage data and insights to provide clients with timely, relevant content and experiences that deliver maximum impact. This role will spearhead marketing strategies tailored to key client priorities, integrating the strengths of Accenture Federal Services, Accenture, and our ecosystem and industry partners into personalized, multi-channel campaigns aligned with critical relationships and opportunities.
The Work
- Design, implement, and oversee integrated marketing strategies and initiatives specific to client needs.
- Develop engaging content and experiences that enhance relationships and showcase our expertise and impact.
- Create comprehensive engagement plans for key decision-makers and influencers, guided by research and analytical tools.
- Assess effectiveness and utilize data analytics for ongoing improvement.
What You Need
- A minimum of 6 years of marketing experience in professional services or a comparable B2B or B2G organization (or equivalent military or civilian experience).
- A Bachelor’s degree.

- Experience in federal marketing across diverse channels, including account-based marketing, pursuit marketing, event marketing, social media, and more.
