About the job
As a Factory Controller, you will collaborate seamlessly with all departments within the factory to ensure smooth and efficient operations in a positive work environment.
Your responsibilities will include monitoring the cost evolution of produced goods, preparing monthly and quarterly variance reports to highlight significant deviations from the budget, and ensuring that cost structure representations are reliable and easy to understand for all stakeholders.
You will oversee inventory control processes within the factory, including raw materials, semi-finished and finished products, packaging materials, spare parts, and consumables.
Your role will also encompass the accounting of fixed assets, including handling increases, decreases, transfers, sales, and inventory audits.
You will manage stock during period closures and participate in tax audits and inspections from both internal teams and external partners.
Collaboration with the Head Office’s Financial Department is crucial, and you will maintain an up-to-date and accurate database of factory information to provide reliable insights.
You will establish and implement the framework for evaluating results using KPIs and achieving the factory's goals.
Providing the Factory Manager with data, reports, and detailed records according to established procedures will be part of your duties.
In conjunction with factory organization, you will review employee expense reports.
You will prepare all factory reports according to the agreed frequency (monthly, quarterly, annually) and participate in the development and revisions of the factory's budget using official software, producing all relevant reports and comparisons as defined.
Additionally, you will support SAP users in the factory regarding the above topics and participate in continuous improvement processes, aiding process owners in their efforts for enhanced productivity.
