- As a Facility Solutions Manager, you will wear multiple hats: account manager, outside sales representative, and project manager. You will receive a competitive base salary with benefits while being empowered to expand your portfolio by prospecting for new clients, allowing you to earn uncapped commissions.
- The position demands effective prioritization in a fast-paced setting, adherence to a schedule, strong written and verbal communication skills, meticulous administrative capabilities, and the competitive spirit to excel in a sales-oriented environment.
- In this role, your primary responsibility will be to ensure client satisfaction within your designated territory through regular visits (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) to assess the quality of services provided.
- You will manage approximately 50-60 accounts, generating between $120,000 and $150,000 in contract revenue, visiting 6-8 accounts daily.
- By fostering strong relationships during your client visits, you will help maintain retention rates that meet or surpass company goals and achieve your monthly sales targets through strategic upselling.
- Additionally, you will oversee your assistant manager (Night Manager) to ensure that issues are resolved, nighttime projects are completed, and work scopes are adhered to across all accounts.
- You will be responsible for hiring and terminating crews after a thorough vetting process to ensure high-quality service for your clients.
- Your administrative duties will include daily account inspections using company software, drafting proposals, placing orders for work and supplies, maintaining accurate records of crew assignments, and tracking changes related to billing and pay for your accounts.
