City Wide Facility Solutions is in search of a dedicated Facility Solutions Manager (FSM) to join our dynamic team in Eastern, Connecticut.
The Facility Solutions Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the operational functions of an assigned client service area. This role involves outside B2B account management, providing essential field support, which includes training, onboarding new clients, conducting inspections of contractor performance, ensuring compliance with client requirements, addressing customer requests and complaints, coordinating site visits, and fostering long-term relationships with clients and contractors. Additional duties include procuring supplies for clients and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all facets of assigned client relationships, focusing on client retention and the growth of City Wide's extensive maintenance services.
- Uphold quality standards and enhance client satisfaction through thorough inspections and consistent follow-up.
- Supervise the Night Manager to ensure the execution of the client’s strategy and the correct performance of all services.
- Facilitate the sale of supplies, monitor procurement for clients, and ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate effectively with contractors and the Director of Operations regarding client issues, ensuring prompt resolution of any problems.
- Utilize City Wide’s CRM for client inspections, managing additional charges, NM routing, and more.
- Schedule non-routine activities at client facilities using Outlook.
- Keep Building Information Sheets (BIS) and MSDS sheets current and accurate for each serviced client.
- Inform Sales Executives about potential accounts within your territory, especially regarding new construction projects.
- Collaborate with the Director of Operations and Night Manager to create and implement plans addressing any client complaints or service deficiencies, actively monitoring compliance.
- Assist the Accounting department in collecting overdue invoices from clients.
- Maintain updated route sheets, key/alarm sheets, and monthly planners for each client.
