We are currently seeking a dedicated Facility Manager / Building Manager (m/w/d) for our production facility in Markranstädt near Leipzig.

Your Responsibilities Include:
- Ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and servicing of all building technical systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, and security systems).
- Organizing and supervising maintenance, repair, and cleaning work.
- Managing external service providers and contractors, including performance and quality control.
- Planning and implementing maintenance and modernization measures.
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, technical standards, and safety regulations.
- Budget planning and monitoring in the facility management sector.
- Assisting with relocations, renovations, and site expansions.
- Coordinating and documenting energy and sustainability initiatives.
- Acting as the main contact for internal departments on all building and technical matters.
Qualifications:
You Are a Perfect Fit If:
- You have several years of professional experience in technical facility management.
- You possess a completed technical or skilled trade education.
- You have solid knowledge of occupational and fire safety as well as relevant technical regulations.
- You exhibit strong organizational skills, a high sense of responsibility, and an independent working style.
- You are proficient in MS Office; experience with CAFM systems is ideal.
- You have excellent communication skills and a strong team-oriented attitude.
- You are fluent in German and have basic English skills.
