We are in search of a seasoned Facilities Contracts Manager to spearhead the procurement, management, and performance of our facilities and fleet contracts across all Epworth sites.
This senior and influential position will require you to collaborate closely with operational leaders to guarantee that facilities services are dependable, compliant, cost-efficient, and in harmony with Epworth’s mission—Every Patient Matters.
In this role, reporting to the Group Manager Facilities & Asset Management, you will take full ownership of contracts from the tendering process through to performance management, while also fostering robust relationships with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

Main Responsibilities
Lead the effective management of Epworth’s facilities maintenance and fleet contracts, ensuring optimal service delivery, compliance, and value for money.
Key responsibilities include:
- Administer facilities maintenance contracts across all sites while monitoring supplier performance against KPIs, customer service outcomes, and legislative requirements.
- Drive tender processes, including specification preparation, evaluation, supplier selection, and contract implementation in accordance with Epworth’s Procurement Policy.
- Oversee the group-wide vehicle and fleet portfolio, which includes procurement, leasing, servicing, incident management, and reporting.
- Conduct cost and lifecycle analysis to facilitate informed asset and procurement decisions.
- Establish solid working relationships with hospital executives, site facilities teams, finance, and procurement stakeholders.
- Negotiate with suppliers and conduct ongoing contract performance reviews.
- Maintain accurate reporting and performance data, including KPI tracking and financial forecasts.
- Identify supply-market trends, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Advise senior leaders on contract, supplier, and asset management matters.
