Join our client, an innovative and rapidly expanding digital brand dedicated to creating engaging content and memorable experiences for sports enthusiasts. We are seeking a seasoned Google Media Buyer with extensive experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), focusing specifically on the food and beverage sector.
In this position, you will be responsible for the comprehensive planning, execution, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns spanning Search, Display, YouTube, and Shopping. Your mission will be to convert business objectives into data-driven media strategies aimed at maximizing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and fostering measurable growth.
Responsibilities:
- Design, launch, and oversee full-funnel Google Ads campaigns (including Search, Display, YouTube, and Shopping) specifically for CPG food and beverage products.
- Conduct thorough audience research, market analysis, and competitive assessments to identify scalable opportunities for growth.
- Employ advanced bidding strategies, targeting, and segmentation techniques to enhance ROAS and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Continuously refine campaigns utilizing data-driven insights, creative testing, and effective attribution models.
- Collaborate with creative, analytics, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging, landing pages, and conversion pathways.
- Monitor campaign performance and compile detailed reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay abreast of changes in Google Ads, CPG trends, and best practices in paid media.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of practical experience managing Google Ads campaigns for CPG brands, particularly in the food and beverage industry.
- Demonstrated success in driving ROI/ROAS through paid search, display, YouTube, and shopping campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing metrics, attribution models, and performance analytics.
- Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data visualization tools.
- Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and strategies for campaign optimization.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a history of working cross-functionally.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Google Ads certification or related industry certifications.
- Experience in e-commerce or direct-to-consumer marketing.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or Magento.
