Join Our Team! DH Pace Company, Inc. is looking for a skilled Systems Integration Technician for our Las Vegas, NV location. This role involves the comprehensive installation of Commercial Electronic Security Systems, including Access Control Systems, CCTV/Video Monitoring, Intrusion Alarm Systems, ID Badge Systems, Intercoms/Emergency Phones, and Parking Control/Turnstiles. You will engage with customers, vendors, and service providers to effectively troubleshoot issues and discuss industry trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion Detection, Intercom, Emergency Phone, and Parking Revenue Systems.
- Collaborate with Customers, Vendors, and Contractors on-site to ensure successful installations.
- Travel to job sites as directed, assess installation or service/repair needs, and ensure customer satisfaction with repairs.
- Proactively seek and promote business opportunities for service, sales, and preventative maintenance contracts. Stay informed about all products.
- Maintain a safe working environment and ensure cleanliness at job sites upon completion of work.
- Complete job tickets and time sheets promptly to facilitate timely processing and payroll submission.
- Finalize jobs and collect Cash on Delivery (COD) when applicable; communicate with management regarding issues related to collections or changes in work scope.
- Manage inventory on your truck and possess knowledge of all parts, part numbers, and descriptions.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
Standard Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 A.M. - 3:30 P.M. Flexibility is required for overtime based on field project needs.
