Job Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and seasoned Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning and development of production projects, leading teams, monitoring progress, setting deadlines, addressing challenges, managing budgets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and evaluating project performance, including team member contributions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee multiple projects from initial booking through to final customer acceptance.
· Prioritize and direct project activities throughout the lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, design, procurement, manufacturing, integration, testing, shipping, and customer handoff.
· Maintain complete accountability for all aspects of assigned projects.
· Ensure projects adhere to contractual objectives by effectively managing costs and scope.
· Act as the main liaison between customers and the organization, fostering relationships and enhancing customer satisfaction while meeting business goals.
· Provide guidance on proposal development as needed.
· Participate in internal kick-off meetings transitioning from sales/estimating to execution.
· Initiate and lead customer kick-off meetings.
· Clearly communicate specification requirements to the team to ensure all members are aware of their responsibilities.
· Allocate project resources based on project needs.
