Job Title: Expatriate English Language Instructor
Join our dynamic team at Byron Recruitment as a highly qualified and experienced Expatriate English Language Instructor. In this role, you will be instrumental in planning, teaching, and assessing language lessons tailored for international students. You will maintain comprehensive student records, manage administrative responsibilities, engage in professional growth activities, and support the coaching and mentorship of Associate Instructors.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, deliver, and assess engaging language lessons for diverse international students.
Maintain accurate student class records and reports to track progress.
Execute administrative duties related to teaching and student advancement.
Participate in professional development initiatives to keep abreast of the latest educational methodologies.
Mentor and coach Associate Instructors to enhance the overall success of our programs.
Qualifications:
For candidates with a Master's or Degree in Education:
Must be 22 years of age or older.
2-3 years of relevant teaching experience.
For candidates with a Degree in other disciplines:
Must be 22 years of age or older.
2-3 years of teaching experience along with one of the following:
A Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Education, or
A minimum of 10 years of documented teaching experience, with a confirmation letter from previous employers (experience can be cumulative), or
TESL/TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification (minimum of 150 hours or Level 5) - certification hours may be from multiple institutions.
Native English speakers from the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Ireland are highly encouraged to apply.
