The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Expansion & Partnerships Associate based in the Asia-Pacific region to join our Global Expansion team.
In this critical role, you will enhance insurer partnerships, uphold governance across the Asia-Pacific region, and ensure excellence in our expansion efforts into new markets. You will lead partner governance meetings, deepen relationships, and oversee Business Continuity Planning (BCP) in collaboration with our broker partners, alongside the exciting challenge of forging new carrier relationships.
This is a distinctive opportunity for an individual with extensive knowledge of the Asia-Pacific employee benefits landscape, particularly in Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Australia. You should excel at the intersection of partnerships, commercial operations, and strategic planning, helping Kota to broaden its benefits reach across the region while ensuring that our partnerships are resilient and impactful.
What You’ll Do
Develop New Carrier Relationships: Identify, engage, and negotiate contracts with insurance carriers and brokers across the Asia-Pacific region to expand Kota's in-country offerings through aligned partnerships.
Foster Relationships: Serve as a primary liaison with broker partners to ensure long-term collaboration and alignment, meeting our service level expectations.
Support Market Expansion: Conduct research on providers, ecosystems, and regulatory frameworks across the Asia-Pacific region to guide market entry strategies and partner selection.
Ensure Operational Excellence: Maintain accurate records, dashboards, and reporting to keep all stakeholders informed and aligned.
Manage Knowledge: Create and enhance playbooks, processes, and best practices to improve operations.
