Your Responsibilities:
HR & Recruiting:
- Conduct telephone and digital initial interviews with candidates, authentically presenting our company.
- Manage the pre-qualification, organization, and follow-up of the application process using our CRM system.
- Act as the liaison to management, presenting suitable candidates.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees and assist in personnel administration.
Event Management:
- Plan and coordinate internal team events, external gatherings, and training sessions.
- Handle invitations, venue management, service providers, and ensure smooth operations.
Backoffice:
- Organize appointments, travel, and meetings for management.
- Create presentations, minutes, and manage general administrative tasks.
- Contribute your ideas for process optimization and support our management team effectively.
