About the Role:
The Executive Assistant (EA) will provide essential support to the Senior Legal Department Leaders. This dynamic position calls for a highly adaptable individual capable of adjusting their approach based on the distinct needs of each executive. The EA will be expected to anticipate requirements proactively, manage priorities seamlessly, and maintain the efficiency of executives' calendars and schedules across various locations.
Success in this position hinges on professionalism, exemplary organizational skills, and the capacity to navigate diverse working styles. The EA will balance proactive planning with flexibility, manage intricate calendars, and ensure team cohesion. In addition to logistical duties, this role actively contributes to Crusoe’s culture and mission, acting as a trusted partner and a positive influence for the executive team.
You will collaborate closely with other EAs and Workplace Managers, with responsibilities that may evolve as the company grows. By ensuring operational efficiency and supporting executive alignment, you will play a vital role in advancing Crusoe’s mission and cultivating a culture that aims to make Crusoe the world’s preferred AI Cloud.
What You'll Be Working On:
Provide high-quality, timely, and detailed administrative assistance to Crusoe Leaders within the Legal team. This includes managing a complex appointment calendar, processing expense reports, drafting and preparing confidential correspondence, organizing travel arrangements, and ensuring stakeholder awareness throughout these activities.
Oversee and support calendar coordination for Leadership’s direct reports, ensuring alignment for team, cross-functional, and external meetings.
Diligently manage scheduling requests to facilitate effective time management for executives.
Enhance internal and occasional external meeting effectiveness by collecting and tracking key discussion points, decisions, and action items to develop agendas, document meeting notes, and ensure follow-through.
Lead the planning and execution of leadership offsites, team events, and gatherings, ensuring seamless experiences.
