Join Stanbridge University as an Executive Administrative Assistant, where you will provide essential high-level administrative support to the Executive Vice President (EVP). This role demands critical thinking, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership and departmental directors. As the backbone of the EVP's office, you will manage scheduling, coordinate meetings, and ensure the accuracy of reporting while collaborating strategically with the EVP.
In this capacity, you will also support priority projects for the Directors of Marketing and Media & Communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and prioritize the EVP’s calendar, ensuring optimal time management.
- Arrange meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including preparation of agendas and logistics.
- Serve as a key liaison, fostering clear communication between the EVP and various departmental staff.
- Draft and review communications, reports, and presentations for professionalism and accuracy.
- Collect, analyze, and summarize data to assist in executive decision-making.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
- Anticipate the needs of the EVP, identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor project progress and ensure accountability across departments.
- Assist in recruitment processes and departmental coordination as needed.
- Represent the EVP in a professional manner during all interactions.
