Position Overview:
We are establishing a talent pipeline for future Escrow Officer positions within our Title Services division. In this capacity, you will be crucial in ensuring the integrity of real estate transactions by managing escrow accounts and adhering to regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee escrow transactions from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
Facilitate effective communication with buyers, sellers, lenders, and real estate professionals throughout the closing process.
Assess title reports, surveys, and legal documents to identify and resolve potential issues.
Collaborate with title examiners, attorneys, and insurance providers to address title concerns.
Prepare and verify closing documents to ensure timely and accurate completion.
Conduct closings in accordance with state regulations and company policies.
Supervise the disbursement of funds and the recording of documents post-closing.
Maintain precise records and documentation throughout the escrow process.
