The Escrow Officer is crucial in ensuring a smooth, secure closing process, acting as a committed escrow partner to designated PLACE real estate teams.
About the Role
At Blueprint, Escrow Officers transcend the role of mere transaction managers — they become trusted allies to real estate agents and their clients.
This position is crafted to offer dedicated escrow support to high-performing PLACE teams, guaranteeing consistency, effective communication, and operational excellence throughout their transactions.
In your role as an Escrow Officer, you will oversee files from initiation to completion while collaborating closely with internal teams across title, operations, and client engagement. You will build strong relationships with the PLACE real estate teams you support, acting as a reliable contact throughout the transaction lifecycle.
The ideal candidate flourishes in a dynamic, high-volume setting, exhibits robust organizational skills, and communicates proactively to keep transactions progressing smoothly.
You are proactive, detail-oriented, and adept at managing pressure, striking a balance between precision and urgency while delivering exceptional service to agents and clients.
This position is well-suited for someone who takes pride in ownership, enjoys interdepartmental collaboration, and aims to modernize the real estate closing experience through technology, transparency, and thoughtful communication.
This role offers flexibility as an in-office or hybrid position, requiring a minimum of two days per week in the office to foster close collaboration with assigned PLACE teams and internal Blueprint partners. In-person presence enhances relationships, boosts communication, and ensures a consistent, high-touch closing experience.
