Who you are:
We are looking for a meticulous and organized Escrow Assistant to play a key role in managing the complete lifecycle of escrow transactions. You will be responsible for processing orders, which includes obtaining title searches, tax certificates, municipal lien certificates, HOA documents, and payoff demands. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, able to work collaboratively across teams and engage effectively with customers via phone and email. If you possess exceptional organizational skills, technical proficiency, and thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, you will be a perfect fit. This is an on-site position based in our Denver, Colorado office.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing escrow orders, which encompasses opening orders, ordering title searches, tax certificates, municipal lien certificates, HOA documents, and payoff demands.
- Supporting Escrow Officers throughout the escrow transaction lifecycle.
