As the largest BURGER KING franchise, Carrols Corporation is committed to delivering exceptional service and quality. We are seeking a skilled Equipment Service Technician to maintain the operational integrity of our Burger King restaurants.
In this role, reporting directly to the District Manager, you will ensure that each restaurant operates smoothly through effective preventative maintenance and timely responses to repair needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly address and prioritize repairs as they arise.
- Work collaboratively with the R&M Budget to execute preventative maintenance strategies outlined by company standards.
- Organize a work schedule that minimizes disruptions to customer service and restaurant operations.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess strong independent working skills, effective communication abilities with management and team members, and the capacity to handle multiple tasks while maintaining a positive demeanor under pressure.
Education and Experience:
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry skills.
- Mechanical knowledge is essential.
- Experience in Food Service Equipment Repair is advantageous.
- HVAC repair certification is a plus.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- A valid Driver's License is necessary.
- Reliable transportation is mandatory.
- Basic computer skills are required.
