POSITION SUMMARY
The Equipment Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of equipment, apparel, and laundry operations for the club's First Team, Second Team (MLS Next Pro), and Academy (MLS Next). This dynamic position requires adaptability to meet the varying demands dictated by operational needs, competition schedules, and directives from the First Team Equipment Manager. The successful candidate will demonstrate a willingness to maintain a flexible schedule, responding promptly to urgent requests or challenges, often beyond standard working hours, to ensure the team's success.

This position reports directly to the First Team Equipment Manager.
