Your Role
As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you'll engage with local businesses within your designated territory, assess their employee benefit requirements, and present supplemental insurance solutions that truly make a difference. Enjoy the flexibility to design your own schedule, accommodating your clients' needs, all while leveraging a proven system and a supportive network.

Position Overview
This is an outside sales role where you'll operate locally in your assigned territory. Your training will encompass:
Visiting businesses to introduce our supplemental insurance offerings
Meeting with business owners and delivering presentations to employee groups (often 10-50+ at a time)
Addressing client inquiries via phone and email
Scheduling appointments, conducting follow-ups, and assisting clients with claims
Utilizing Salesforce CRM to monitor your activities, contacts, and progress
Collaborating closely with your manager to set and achieve sales targets
Building your own client base and nurturing long-term relationships
Sharing your weekly schedule and performance results with your manager
