In this entry-level role as a Recruiter or Account Executive, you will be essential in sourcing senior consultants and contractors to fulfill client needs across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities as a Recruiter:
Utilize innovative sourcing strategies to recruit senior consultants and contractors via referrals, prospecting, and cold calling
Create a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to satisfy client requirements
Develop and sustain long-term relationships with consultants, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
Leverage CRM tools, LinkedIn, and other platforms for market tracking and intelligence gathering
Negotiate competitive compensation packages to attract top talent
Collaborate closely with account executives to effectively meet client staffing needs
Consistently strive to meet and exceed performance targets on a daily and weekly basis
Key Responsibilities as an Account Executive:
Generate new business through cold calling, referrals, and lead generation
Utilize your interpersonal skills to develop and close new business opportunities
Effectively nurture and grow long-term relationships with clients
Manage and track market intelligence using CRM and social media platforms
Identify and execute growth opportunities within client accounts
Understand and assess client business needs and ideal candidate profiles
Work collaboratively with recruiters to fill open positions
