Join our dynamic team as a Production Worker at Bosch Group, where you'll play a vital role in assembling and testing Hydraforce valves using various methodologies. Your contributions will ensure that our final products meet the stringent quality and performance standards set by HydraForce and our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Processing parts or valves in accordance with the Test Control Plan (TCP) and Production Control Plan (PCP).
- Setting up equipment and computers with assistance based on TCP guidelines.
- Completing assembly orders from start to finish while adhering to company quality standards.
- Assisting in the setup of test machinery and ensuring proper operation.
- Receiving and verifying parts for the assembly process as per orders.
- Documenting daily or weekly activities as required by the department.
- Sorting and categorizing passed and failed valves/parts.
- Preparing components for subsequent production steps.
- Collaborating with team members and leaders to address challenges and improve processes.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols.
- Utilizing all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as instructed.
- Performing additional tasks as assigned by management.
- Assembling and testing within designated areas or product lines.
