OPPORTUNITY OVERVIEW
Our RUN team is dedicated to delivering exceptional post-launch support and maintenance for our clients. With over 50 dedicated members, the AMER RUN team is expanding to meet the evolving needs of our valued clients across both Public and Private Sectors.
As a Customer Application Engineer I, you will report to the Run Manager and collaborate closely with Senior Team Members to ensure a seamless transition for clients post-implementation. You will serve as a key point of contact for clients utilizing Ivalua's solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage customer relationships by gathering business requirements, analyzing the impact on the implemented solution, and advising on procurement best practices and configuration management.
- Utilize the Ivalua Buyer technical framework (C#, .NET & SQL) to configure and customize solutions tailored to client-specific needs.
- Perform reverse engineering and debugging to resolve project issues throughout all phases of the implementation cycle.
- Develop advanced configuration knowledge and demonstrate strong technical creativity to enhance client solutions.
