CyberLinx Solutions, LLC is on the lookout for a dedicated Entry-Level Business Financial Professional to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate must hold a TS/SCI Polygraph clearance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the validation and completion of Unliquidated Obligations (ULOs).
- Assist the Government Business Contract Management Offices in executing Year-End activities and Actual data calls.
- Input requisitions into the NSA's financial management system, ensuring all required information and documentation (PSC#, PAR, SPAT, BER#, Acq Sec#) are included.
- Prepare non-complex Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests (MIPR) and Economy Act Orders (EAO) along with their respective requisitions within the NSA's financial management system.
- Process incoming MIPRs and EAOs adhering to the standard BM&A processes for Agency acceptance.
- Develop and maintain spend plans in the financial management system to meet Government-specified requirements.
- Adjust requisitions and documentation to comply with Contracting guidance, facilitating fund obligations.
- Assist Government Program Managers (GPMs) in monitoring and tracking requisitions through the approval and certification process to the final destination.
- Extract financial reports and data from Agency systems, including FACTS, CMIS, EDSS, and CDW.
- Utilize established NSA acquisition and financial management policies, procedures, regulations, and tools effectively.
Qualifications:
- Four (4) years of experience in the Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Community (IC), or a total of six (6) years combining DoD, IC, and commercial experience in finance or purchasing.
- Preferred experience in NSA's financial management systems and their interfaces (currently FACTS, CMIS, and CDW).
- An undergraduate degree with a business focus may substitute for two (2) years of required experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with formulas and pivot tables, is essential.
