At FutureSight, we are actively searching for a dynamic and innovative entrepreneur to join us as a co-founder of our next B2B SaaS startup.
FutureSight is a premier venture studio that collaborates with values-driven entrepreneurs to create world-class software companies from the ground up to successful exits. Our team comprises seasoned founders, operators, and designers who have a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling software solutions.
You will have the unique opportunity to collaborate closely with John Carbrey, a 4x entrepreneur with extensive experience across multiple B2B SaaS verticals, who has successfully scaled his previous venture from inception to an impressive $100 million in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
Additionally, you will engage with other key leaders, including Joshua, a veteran CFO and strategic advisor who has successfully led tech companies to exits valued over $200 million; Kevin, a product leader known for his expertise in guiding companies from concept to market; Alan, a globally recognized authority in early-stage idea validation with a remarkable publication history and numerous product launches; and Prathna, an active early-stage investor and strategic advisor focused on capital strategy, growth, and team development.

Your Qualifications:
- Passion for co-founding a new venture as the CEO
- This is your calling, with or without us.
- A clear understanding of the entrepreneurial journey
- You are familiar with the challenges and rewards of owning a business from start to finish.
- You recognize the significance of key stakeholders, including customers, talent, and investors.
- You have experience co-founding a product company or a B2B SaaS venture, or possess equivalent intrapreneurial experience.
- Expertise in a relevant domain and/or industry advantage
- You have a deep understanding of your domain and are passionate about addressing its challenges.
Your Expectations:
- Engage daily with our team
- Participate in early-stage testing, validation, and refinement of business ideas to achieve product-market fit.
- Be prepared to iterate rapidly and evaluate multiple ideas before identifying the most promising solutions.
- Create prototypes to validate and market potential solutions.
- For validated opportunities, launch initial products, gain market traction, and prepare for pre-seed and seed fundraising.
