In this engaging role, you will work closely with children, applying personalized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will employ evidence-based methods to enhance communication, social interaction, and daily living skills while helping to decrease challenging behaviors.

Patience, compassion, and teamwork are essential qualities for success in this position. Comprehensive training is provided to equip you with the necessary skills, so prior experience is not mandatory. Since children can be unpredictable and may sometimes exhibit challenging behaviors, a resilient spirit is essential. This position involves physical activity, including standing, walking, sitting, bending, and lifting children or objects weighing up to 50 pounds, so physical fitness is a plus!
