As an Enterprise Sales Engineer at Datadog, you will leverage your technical expertise to engage customers through captivating sales presentations, impactful product demonstrations, and comprehensive technical evaluations (Proofs of Value).

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Sales team to effectively communicate Datadog’s value proposition, vision, and strategy to prospective clients.
- Lead technical engagement with customers during the trial phase, addressing any concerns to showcase Datadog’s value.
- Successfully close complex opportunities using advanced technical skills, competitive knowledge, and credibility.
- Deliver engaging product and technical presentations to potential clients.
- Maintain detailed records and feedback in the CRM system regarding customer insights, both wins and losses.
- Actively communicate and collaborate with customers and Datadog’s business and technical teams to relay product feedback and competitive insights.
Who You Are:
- Passionate about educating customers on observability risks relevant to their business, capable of developing and executing evaluation plans.
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate both the business benefits and technical advantages of our solutions.
