We are in search of an energetic Enterprise Customer Success Manager to become part of the Truework team. Our CSMs make a significant impact by delivering a premium customer experience, managing key accounts to drive high retention rates, customer satisfaction, full product adoption, and identify new growth opportunities. The primary objective of our Truework CSMs is to ensure that we meet and exceed our customers' expectations, facilitating their achievement of organizational goals through our solutions. This role is ideal for an experienced Customer Success Manager with a meticulous attention to detail and a proven track record in nurturing high-value, enduring relationships with Enterprise clients.
