Job Overview
As an Enterprise Account Executive, your primary responsibility will be to foster growth by establishing and nurturing client relationships. You will assess customer needs, propose customized managed security solutions, and deliver outstanding experiences that align with our clients' risk management and compliance objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a strategic sales plan aimed at diverse customer segments within designated territories or verticals.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities while simultaneously expanding existing accounts.
- Engage in consultative selling through needs assessment, solution presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Offer expert advice on managed security services, including CMMC, NIST, vulnerability management, compliance, and cloud security.
- Collaborate with customer success and service delivery teams to facilitate smooth client onboarding and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
- Oversee the complete sales cycle from initial outreach through contract negotiations and continual account management.
- Achieve or surpass assigned sales targets, KPIs, and pipeline development objectives.
- Maintain thorough and accurate records in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce) related to leads, opportunities, forecasts, and account activities.
- Represent CyberSheath at industry events, conferences, webinars, and client meetings.
