YOUR MISSION
As the Engineering Manager for Systems Test, you will lead a dedicated team of systems test engineers in Long Beach, ensuring the delivery of fully tested and qualified developmental units and spacecraft within tight deadlines. You will take ownership of the testing processes, schedules, capacity planning, and execution outcomes for hardware and environmental tests.
Your role will involve close collaboration with Program Management and Engineering to provide valuable inputs to program schedules, align capacity with demand, and guarantee designs are optimized for testing. You will drive disciplined execution against test milestones while continuously enhancing efficiency, automation, and process maturity to meet quality standards and timelines.
This position requires both strategic insight and hands-on leadership, including setting standards, promoting automation, addressing challenges, and fostering the development of team members to reach their fullest potential.
