- Facilitate the professional development of your team through mentorship and ongoing training.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training efforts for new team members, ensuring they integrate seamlessly into the team.
- Establish and implement improvement goals, steering the team towards achieving measurable results.
- Provide high-value content and solutions to our customers, ensuring quality and relevance in every deliverable.
- Take end-to-end responsibility for the design, development, architecture, quality, and production of the team’s products.
- Work collaboratively with product managers, product owners, cross-functional teams, and your own team to deliver features from requirements through to production.
- Act as the R&D focal point in discussions with field teams and customers, offering expertise and insights.
- Promote and sustain CyberArk’s culture, advocating for our core values and best practices.
