About The Job
We are in search of an Engineering Manager who is enthusiastic about nurturing high-performing, empowered teams. You will lead a talented group of engineers, navigate technical challenges, and collaborate closely with Product and Design teams to deliver customer-centric solutions at scale for our worldwide operations.
Your responsibilities will include managing engineering resource planning, overseeing budget allocations, facilitating engineer developmental growth, and defining as well as delivering SLAs for our internally developed systems and services.
This role demands a unique combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and strategic insight. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our Engineering culture, scaling our systems, and fostering the development of those around you.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead, mentor, and support a multidisciplinary engineering team, encompassing software engineers, QA specialists, and mobile engineers—with a focus on quality, performance, timely delivery, and collaboration.
Drive the implementation of high-impact features from planning stages through to production.
Deliver scalable solutions for our global customer base.
Maintain relationships with other teams to ensure alignment, effective collaboration, and consistent output.
Oversee team capacity planning, headcount management, and budgeting to support business objectives.
Define, monitor, and achieve SLAs for our internally developed systems and services.
Cultivate a collaborative, inclusive, and growth-oriented environment.
Collaborate with Product, Design, and other relevant stakeholders to shape our strategic roadmap.
Enhance our Engineering processes and practices as we expand, including establishing code quality benchmarks and ensuring adherence to engineering excellence.
Participate in hiring, onboarding, and fostering ongoing career development for team members.
